Xinghua (Tina) Chen is the Research Associate at Dudack Research Group, a division of Wellington Shields & Co. LLC. Prior to joining DRG, Ms. Chen was a business analyst at Genzyme Corporation analyzing reports from 21 countries, optimizing operating procedures, and initiating SOX compliance for Genzyme International. Ms. Chen began her career as a consultant to the Dean's office at Boston University School of Law, where she developed a model to simulate US News and World Report’s Law School Rankings.

Tina received her M.B.A. from Boston University with a Dean's Achievement Scholarship. She is a CFA level III candidate.
